Check-in: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in. Please regularly check our Facebook page for up-to-date information regarding cancellations, float conditions, company updates, etc. No-Shows: There are no refunds if you do not show up for your reservation. You must contact us at least 24 hours before your reservation to make the transfer. If you are unable to make your float for any other reason, you have the option to transfer your reservation to family/friends.

Cancellations: If Plainfield River Tubing has to cancel your float due to weather/river conditions, we will give you a full refund and ask that you re-book with us at your convenience. Click the Book Now! button to get started. Gift Cards: Can be purchased in any amount you choose. Please make sure you select the same date/time for the Add Ons as you did for the Tube Rentals. You then get the option to 'Add On Cooler Tubes and Paddles!'. Pick the date/time you want (anything greyed out is already fully booked), select the number of Tube Rentals that you need, and click "Add to cart". Booking: Click the Book Now! button to get started. $15 Medium cooler tube (fits a 12-36 quart cooler size - see blue cooler in picture) -$20 Large cooler tube (fits a 36-50 quart cooler size - see yellow cooler in picture) Paddle: $5 per paddle Note: Bringing your own tube/cooler tube/paddle is not allowed as we have no capacity to transport these items. Tube Rental: $25 Tube Rental (1 person per tube) Cooler Tubes: 2 sizes to choose ease make sure you select a large enough size. Trip Length: 1.5 - 4.5 Hours (Depending on river flow) Trip Mileage: 3 Miles Classification: Calm Water Minimum Age: 5 (ages 5-14 need to be accompanied by an adult) Life jackets are available for your safety at no charge. *Please use Google Maps for correct directions to West Electric Park* or Click Here for Directions Shuttle: All rentals include complimentary shuttle to the start point float ends right back where you parked.
Begins & Ends: It’s easy! We meet at the tent at West Electric Park (Countryman Dr., Plainfield IL on the west side of the river) and then shuttle to Eaton Preserve for your beautiful trip down the Dupage River back to West Electric Park.
